My name is Ashley Greene and I am an artist, with a BA in Graphic Design. I love large formats and brilliant color. My true passion is color theory and design and how compositions can play an emotional role in the viewer. I loved the years I put forth to formal art training, learning drawing, painting, design compostion. My two personal mediums are pastels and photography. It is invigorating to be around people with that same passion to learn and explore the creative and problem solving side of ones personality. The people who share this passion greatly influence ones thought patterns about your artwork. It is really great to see the different outcomes from various people when working on a creative project. We are all looking at the same thing, painting or sculpting or drawing, but each individual will see it a little different and each individually is unique. It is truly amazing.
For myself, I love the human body, exploring landscapes and my own inner self. I live in a very beautiful state of Florida, with many different landscapes to explore. I am blessed to have family and friends to model for me no matter what strange idea I may come up with. They are real troopers for me. It is truly a blessing that I have been given this time to work on my art and to be able to make a living being creative. The passion I have for art is reflected in my work.
